About the program

Forget the carpet, mirrors and the speaker music. Your next session smells of pine, you hear birds instead of rep counts, and the ground beneath you forces you to be present. We combine general fitness, conditioning circuits, forest running and light climbing elements — all adapted to your level.

Kettlebell, body-weight, explosiveness — the foundation for everything we do next.

Technique, breath rhythm, off-trail intervals instead of an athletic track.

01I've never trained — can I start?

Absolutely. The program scales from the first set. You set the pace, we guide.

02What if it rains?

We train. Rain is part of the mountain. We only cancel for thunder or dangerous conditions.

03Can I come occasionally?

You can. We have monthly membership and single drop-in.
