Four phases
in every session.
Prep and focus
Every session starts with a conversation. Where are you today physically and mentally? What's the goal — strength, endurance, technique, maybe a specific route? We build the session from there.
Proper warm-up
Climbing-specific warm-up — activating fingers, shoulders, core and hips. We mix dynamic stretching with low-intensity climbing moves so the body is ready.
Main climbing block
The core of the session. We work on the wall or on real rock — depending on your level and goal. Movement technique, route reading, gear handling, mental steadiness. Strength elements are always part of the whole.
Stretching and injury prevention
Cool-down and targeted stretching of climbing muscles — finger flexors, elbows, shoulders, hips. Advice on recovery and prevention of the most common climbing injuries (tennis elbow, pulley strains).
What a session
looks like.
We schedule every session individually, around your obligations and time. We come where it makes sense — the wall in Belgrade or natural rock outside the city.
Individual training
One-on-one with the coach. Full attention, the program fully tailored to your level and goals. Ideal if you want fast progress or are working on specific technique.
Small groups
2–4 people. Dynamic atmosphere, more climbing, the chance to learn from and watch others. Groups are matched by level — we don't mix experienced and beginners without a reason.
Strength block
Every session includes conditioning — core strength, finger endurance, mobility, balance. Climbing is a whole-body sport, not just arms.
Wall or natural rock
We train where it makes sense. In Belgrade on the wall; out of the city on real rock. The choice depends on your level, time and ambition.



Crags across
Serbia and abroad.
Several times a year we head to crags across Serbia and abroad. From classic domestic spots — Aranđelovac, Sićevo, Jelašnica — to iconic European destinations like the Dolomites, Frankenjura or Kalymnos.
Trips are open to club members and friends of the club who want to broaden their experience beyond Belgrade. Logistics, accommodation and transport are arranged in advance — follow our Instagram for upcoming announcements.

Sport school
through climbing.
An ongoing program for kids aged 5 to 10 — general physical prep, coordination, balance and the first elements of sport climbing. The goal isn't to make climbers, but to teach them to move, to fall, to get back up — and to make training the best part of the week.
